‘Nutrition’(Yields 36 bars) 2/3 cup honey ¾ cup (natural) creamy or chunky peanut butter 4 cups granola (Kashi Orchard Medley or Mountain Medley is tasty or any other granola you prefer) In a four-cup, microwave-safe container, microwave honey at high power for two minutes or until it bubbles. Stir in peanut butter and mix until thoroughly blended. Place granola in large bowl. Pour honey mixture over granola and combine thoroughly. Press firmly into 13 X 9 X 2-inch baking pan lined with wax paper. Let stand until firm. Cut into bars. *You can adjust the amount of honey and peanut butter to your liking. |
